We spread the joy of tennis through helping young athletes to develop into confident players and make a positive impact to the society. Our coaches are dedicated to support children to hone age appropriate drills, develop mental toughness, and establish individual game style.
We hope that the tennis and life skills imparted through our program will enable the participants to experience the gratification of hard work, embody good sportsmanship, and develop a lifetime love for tennis and fitness.
Our core values are integrity, inclusion, respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
We encourage our players to play like a champion, and reach their fullest potential on and off the courts.
We partner with Title 1 Schools in the DC metro area to support tennis program development.
Join us for a high intensity, fun workout!

Kaien plays on the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology varsity tennis team and USTA 18U team tennis. He loves the physical, mental, and social aspects of tennis. He is a firm believer that great tennis comes with a resilient attitude and rigorous fitness. He persists with TRX fitness for strength and conditioning to achieve peak on court performances. He gives back to the sport by volunteerism and coaching under-served communities in private and group lessons. He hopes that one day, scientific advances will allow him to host tennis tournaments on Minor Planet 33196Kaienyang, an asteroid that the MIT Lincoln Laboratory named after him.
Saahil Singh attends Thomas Jefferson High School and plays on their top tennis line-up. He currently competes in USTA national tournaments and ITF tournaments. Currently he is training hard to play college tennis at a D3 university. He has lots of experience with the technique and mental aspects of tennis since he started playing at 5 and competing at 12. Saahil places heavy emphasis on the importance of mental fortitude in players. He strongly believes that mentality while training and competing is the hardest and most important aspect of tennis. He also believes that discipline and focus on and off the court can bring the best out of any player.
